Managed Birthday Club. Coordinated visiting tour groups which included meeting, greeting,
giving directions, giving tours of the House, and attending to special needs. Assisted shop manager by
stocking shop. Responded to customer service requests, took phone orders, created advertisements, and
closed the cash register. Prepared press releases, PSA's, invitations, brochures, and posters. Interpreted
and implemented ADA initiatives. Assisted Curator in cataloging collections, moving and handling
objects, and using Past Perfect computer software.

Duties: Indexed historical artifacts. Created computer database and entered information into Rediscovery

Duties: Maintained cleanliness of conservatory. Arranged and hung gallery, measuring and handling
artwork. Restored oil paintings and gilded frames. Reframed artwork. Painted. Created mailing lists,
managed paperwork and documentation, and ran errands. Packed art for shipment. Unpacked crates. Used
hand tools and electric screwdrivers.
